Digital Account Development Manager

We are looking for an A-Player who is client-focused, self-motivated, digitally-savvy and results-driven. As a digital account development manager, you’ll play a critical role in helping achieve growth objectives for our clients. 

This client-facing, hands-on role is a great opportunity for the marketer who enjoys planning, developing and managing clients’ digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. Duties will include:

  • Acting as the point of contact for clients
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintaining frequent contact with clients
  • Setting digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggesting, designing and implementing digital projects to increase client ROI
  • Addressing client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Admin including  agency marketing, events, researching and generating new ideas and strategies
  • Presenting digital strategies to clients

To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience in digital marketing with a customer service approach. You should be comfortable with:

  • Day to day account management 
  • Digesting reporting and analytics (Google, HubSpot, Heatmapping, A/B Testing, Visualization, Dashboards etc. )
