Meredith is a West Virginia native who resides in Owensboro, Kentucky, with her fiance, Anthony, and two sassy miniature dachshunds, Mia and Mocha.

When she’s not crushing goals with clients, you can find her lifting at the gym, enjoying a cup of coffee, or hiking outdoors. Meredith always appreciates a good pun and is working towards becoming a nationally qualified bodybuilder.
